Shipping & Handling

Free in store pick up is available on all orders, during regular business hours. No minimums, no charge.

All Canadian orders are subject to a flat rate shipping charge of $25.00 CAD and are sent by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. All parcels are insured and trackable. Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment of your order.

Continental USA Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of Canada. If this is something you require, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pre-Ordered Items
All orders will ship complete. If your order has both in stock and pre-ordered items it will be held until all items are available. If you are needing the order to split into separate shipments, please contact us. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Processing Time
Shipping speed does not include processing time. Processing times may vary. If you need your items within a specific time range please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Schedule
Shipping is available during regular business hours. Canada Post does not offer shipping on weekends or holidays. If you require services outside of what is offered with Canada Post, please contact us by email.

Damaged Goods
If you believe your package was damaged during transport, please contact us immediately. Photos of packaging and products are required. Please send all required information to silhouettedanceshop1@gmail.com

Oversized Shipping
Specific products are not eligible for the flat rate or free shipping. Shipping for specialty, oversized items will be calculated by size, weight and destination and invoiced separately. For inquiries on oversized items please email silhouettedanceshop1@gmail.com.
